Please complete the following form to request financial assistance to cover the registration fees. Following your registration, you will receive fundraiser materials. All proceeds your player raises through the fundraiser will go directly to their player registration fees. Any balance remaining following the fundraising period will be due on 8/1/2026.

After you complete this form, please follow the registration link in the confirmation email to complete your registration. You'll need to register using the appropriate link before your player can participate in the fall season.
