Scholarship Request Form

Please complete the following form to request a scholarship to cover the registration fees. Funds for scholarships are raised throughout the registration process. While we strive to ensure every child can participate, we have yet to determine the scholarship funds we will receive. If awarded, scholarships will cover 50% of the registration fees, and you will be responsible for the remaining 50%.

After you complete this form, please allow 24 to 72 hours for your personalized registration link to be sent to you. You'll need to register using the link before scholarship assistance can be given. If we are able to provide scholarship assistance, we will contact you to finalize your registration. GVYF cannot guarantee that you will receive scholarship assistance by completing this form.
